for a 02 + WRX dont work for our cars. i grabed a set today from work to see if they would for. got it all together and it only shut about half way... suckage... so im selling them to a buddy and im gonna take the SS into work once i get it fixed (dam oil pump) and see if i can get my new blitz BOV on, some hood struts, invidia downpipe, FMIC, Apex-I AFC, Tein S. techs, whiteline rear swaybar.

hopfully if all the parts come in in the next week my car will be done other then the 6sp swap, and paint.

I encountered the same thing.
I see that Tein makes one for the '95-'99 era Legacy
perhaps it will fit my '91 BF Leggy

My BG is in the shop, but has one of the only sets of BD/BG struts in the country, heh.
I'll do some measurements and compare them to my 92 SS when I get her home. The BG hood strut extension (same damper size, it's jsut the tapering aluminum sleeve that changes) is about 4-5 inches longer than the WRX becuase it mounts way farther forward.
