On the 92 leg turbo right next to the throttle body is a bypass control solenoid. Underneath is two water lines one in and one out. The one in is shaped like a "U" and the one out goes into a steel line and comes out underneath the throttlebody. My question is where do these lines go to? I have my motor almost done and these are a big problem. Also this sounds stupid, but where does the top water line from the water pump go to?

That is the idle air control valve. It controls the engine idle.

Look through the pictures of my rebuild. That may give you a better idea of where the line goes
