No....you use it to replace the stock fuel pressure regulator if you want to convert the fuel lines from series to parallel. In using this, you need to run an aftermarket fpr.
If you look on scooby mods for the parallel fuel rail conversion they talk about the weapon-r adapater. This looks like it mimics that functionality.

So what are the gains of parralel compared to series? No loss in fuel pressure between the 2 sides?
i know i should search, but I am just lazy

More even fuel pressure/delivery to all injectors which translates to more even combustion pressures, and helps eliminate one cylinder running hotter/colder then another.
Which can lead to a misfire or pre-ignition.

.... going from serial fueling to parallel fueling will prevent our poor cylinder #3 (last in line for fuel) from starving, detonating, burning it's exhaust valves, and losing compression. (also get a Walbro 255lph fuel pump kit)

maybe i'll buy one. couldn't hurt and it gives me something to blow money on. lol.
