WTB: 14" Wheel Covers for '93 Legacy

Hi,
Please see diagram of wheel cover types below.
I could use (2) of A (top one).
However, if you have (4) of any of the others (B-D) at a reasonable price, please let me know.
Some cosmetic damage is OK - I can repaint, if necessary. Please PM me with corresponding letter of which type you have (A-D, from above) & price to ship to zip code 60190 (Chicagoland).
