ok ive been doing alot of research on here all day and found mention but no actual fact that this could work.
my setup will be sohc rs heads with a wrx intake manifold run a vf22.
now i would run it with stock pipes into a stock 02-up wrx intake box. can i use the wrx maf sensor?(along with a safc or something)
this is going to be on a 91 leg turbo
thanks

What year wrx?
A USDM Wrx does not have a MAF sensor, it has a MAP sensor.

Sorry, you are right, the wrx does have both. However I dont think it would work, but it may, just because the calibration/tolerance would be different. I think they even have a differnt number of wires. But who knows, it may work with some re-wiring, and a wrx ecu.

You need to have the transfer function equation for both MAF sensors before you can really do anything....that's really the issue.
