Guess there's not much need to change my gear oil any time soon like I had been planning. Damn weather, and the lack of snow. Everyone else gets to play, but no, not here. We got enough to just tease me. Drift around corners, grab traction, drift some more, grab traction. I kinda hammered on my second gear tonight. Limped it home by starting off in third gear( took some doing to get the shifter to actually move first), and with a LW flywheel + unsprung 4-puck that ain't easy!

Afterwards, however, I was in a "I don't give a sh*t" mood, and went out and played ON a frozen swamp. I hit bushes (big), logs, rocks, fenceposts..........almost fell through..........but it was fun. I've never beat on anything like that before. Right now it seems I have first, third, and fifth gears. I had fourth, too, but I lost it. So, for the second time this year, I have 3MT in my SS.

This week has really sucked for me car wise. Power steering line decides to puke, so I've been without power steering(removed the belt so it's not spinning), flat 1 month old tire, get a nail in my doughnut spare tire, found out I need a control arm bushing BADLY, front wheel bearing seemed to loosen up?.............on and on. I need a theripist.

I just broke my 3. tranny this year. and now i need to sell my Supra 3.0 to afford a stronger tranny

Heh, there's a club for everything, isn't there?!?! Yeah, I don't really like being in this club, though. I'd rather be able to enjoy my car, you know? I now have a total of four broken transmissions. One busted first gear, and three busted seconds. Tranny # five here I come!

Well, to join the blown tranny club (mine's an auto though.)

Had no reverse when I got it, except when it was REALLY cold. Then things started slipping. 2nd and 3rd would slip like a fat man down a whip cream covered slip n slide.

now, after i got it to work (not the shop work, but the other work) i go out to the car and try and start it... by the sound of it , 5 or so teeth were ground off my TC and there's tranny fluid pissing out of it... time for the 5spd swap...
