Now what!!!!!!!!!!

Driving home from work today I noticed my '92 Turbo didn't seem right, a
quick glance at the boost gauge confirmed it, only 5 lbs of boost. I had
driven about 9 miles then stopped to refuel, the low boost occured after the
refuel. This had happened to me one time before, drove about 6 miles to the
car ferry, shut the car off for the 7 minute trip across and was greated
with the low boost after exiting the ferry. No check engine light, no fuel
cut, nothing else really out of the ordinary.
New fuel filter about 2000 miles ago, connector for the fuel pump under the
seat looked OK when I checked it in the spring, K&N replacement style air
filter and the "hose-swap" boost mod, otherwise bone-stock.
Any ideas? I'm leaning towards a sticking MAP sensor? BOV? What do you guys
think?
TIA
