That's freakin' awesome! Since parts are interchangable, one could percievably use an SS as a doner (god forbid).
So about $20,000 (+ shipping from UK) you could build yourself a <2000 lb AWD Lotus-type sports car with an easy 250 hp.

The 18k price tag was for a prebuilt ready to roll car.
This would be totally insane. Mmm... Hybrid 2.5, 18g, dogbox. 350whp, insta-spool, and lordy lord hold on!
