Has anyone here ever resealed their power steering pump? The one on my GT is leaking and I was wondering if it's a 1 hour or 2 hour job to reseal the pump.

There's not really anything to "reseal"

You can replace the gasket though. See if you can pin-point where it's leaking from on the pump.

I just did this about a week ago on my SS. I got the rebuild kit (ended up being like $32 from my dealer) and did it in about 2 hours I suppose. There's really nothing to it, most of that time was spent cleaning it before I took it apart. I needed to replace the o-ring on the high pressure line, too, so that was another $2.
