Subaru dump pipe?

Im wanting to take my car to a muffler shop and fab up a downpipe/dump pipe for my car. Seeing that I live in a town that doesnt have DEQ or Smog stuff, Im thinking about going all out this time with my exhaust work. I want to get a Subaru flange that bolts up to the existing stock Subarus exhaust end and have one pipe from the turbine outlet go out the side right under my passenger side fender or to the muffler and also have an angle cut pipe that is shorter than the turbine pipe by like 10"-15" fire straight down to the ground kind like a divided downpipe but its not. Wanting to go catless. I'm wanting to go 2.25" or 2.5" on this setup. It will be loud and obnoxious but Im hoping it will open up when I mash down on the pedal. Any thoughts?

your stock exhaust is already 2.25 inch. go 2.5 or 3inch

no i want to dump the wastegate exhaust into the atmosphere and have the downpipe to the muffler. The wastegate exhaust wont come back into the exhaust like the invidia does.

+1 for external wastegate hooked to a dump pipe.
