I was wondering if this exhaust would work on my 1990 legacy L?

that's a muffler, not an exhaust (an exhaust is considered a major system, not an individual component. so a cat-back is an exhaust, a muffler is.. a muffler)

yes, it will work, is it worth it? no.

edit: actually, it probably doesn't have the hangers, it's not a bolt on operation, it's a universal muffler, so you'll need to take it to a shop and pay them money to modify it to mount to your car properly.

That is just a universal muffler, but it would most likely sound pretty good...

Any competent exhaust shop could mount it for you
