Found Trouble Codes: Need Advice.

Ok, so after noticing my poor gas milage I decided to check the trouble codes and this is what I found.

#11 = Crank angle sensor

#12 = Starter switch

#13 = Cam angle sensor

#31 = Throttle Sensor

#32 = Oxygen sensor

Now my question are: with #11 & 13.... should the car even be running with these? I've searched and found a thread where someone mentioned cleaning the contact point or something on the crank angle sensor. To my knowlege the crank pully has a tab or strip that when the crank pully makes one revolution the sensor reads it.... correct? How would I go about cleaning this?

The Oxygen sensor is obvious because when I start the car first thing in the morning it smells like raw fuel..... smells like I could rest a cup at the end of the exhaust tips and catch the unspent fuel. My question on this is.... is it best to buy an OEM O2 sensor... or would it be ok to buy one from say Napa or Shucks?

Right now I'm going outside to reset the ECU just to make sure most of these are old saved codes and see which ones come back. Any input or advice on any of these codes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

reset the ECU and givea new list. some of these may be old.

To erase trouble codes from the computer (without resorting to the infamous battery disconnect dance), repeat the above procedure exactly, but connect both the green and black connectors at the appropriate time.

What exactly is the appropriate time? :(

I think at any time is ok, but I usually do it before I turn the key to the on possition.

Just connect both the black & green connectors, turn the car on, and drive it. The CEL should blink steady, which will indicate the codes are cleared.

Most O2 sensors (in other cars that I have worked on) are not active until the exhaust heats up. The ECU generally runs an internal loop until the car (meaning the exhaust) reaches operating temperature. If this is the case with our BC/BF's I would be doubtful the the raw fuel smell is caused by a bad O2. I would take a guess at things working the oposite direction. Perhaps the raw fuel you are smelling has ruined the O2 sensor.

As for which O2 sesor is better...I have both OEM and the universal job from Advanced Auto. Both work the same. The Universal is cheaper as long as you don't mind doing the work to make it usable. Everything you need is included in the kit that you get.
