I drive a lot

At 9:09pm last night, I filled up my tank, and reset my trip odometer to 0.
When I pulled into my driveway at 11:43pm tonight, my trip odometer read 145.1 miles.
Due to the f'ed-up fuel gauge that came standard on these cars, I can't say for sure, but it looks like I've used up a half-tank.
Oh, I should add that I did not leave the Orlando metropolitan area while embarking on all my adventures. I should also add that ALL of this was purposeful driving, not just wandering around aimlessly.
This is just in my own car, I don't know exactly how many miles I drove on deliveries today, but I'm pretty sure it was close to 100 miles.
Yikes.

I think my girlfriend and I beat you in miles there one day last week. Between Orlando, Meritt Island, and then more places in Orlando, we used a full tank - about 300 miles.
Ironically, we leave town during games as we both live near the stadium and hate the madness and traffic from the football grunts and the RVs. Much to our disappointment, we found that while we were there, there was some bowl game in Orlando, and "we" were playing. ...hence the excursion to Merritt Island on the 1st.
I didn't see any other Suby's like ours while there though. Do you have the only one?
Orlando seems pretty spread out, but that's still a lot of miles you put on in one day. ..."deliveries" you said?

My minimum commute every day is almost 100 miles. I should have bought stock in BP.

100 miles a day. Holy smokes!
I don't envy you people who have to drive to work.

Your right not to. It sucks. It does make a quality sound system worth the money though.

I've driven 1500 miles since last Thursday.
Most of that was on my Montana to LA trip though.

80 miles a day for school. Not counting site calls I have to make for computer work. I go through oil changes like crazy.

Oil changes are the worst. Minimum of once a month is tough. I remember at STPR, I changed my oil the morning we left. It was about 2 weeks until I had to change it again.

I'm reluctant to post this, but my commute involves putting on the sweats and walking down the hall to my office

i drive 15 miles a day on weekdays, maybe 30-40 on weekends, alot of thats wondering around on weekend nights cause there is nothing more constructive we can think of to do at 10pm-3am
go out at 9:30, pick up friends scattered about the county, go back into town, watch some bands play, hang out in the parking lot and watch a boxing match (dont worry they use thick gloves) after the show, wonder around town, go to a friends, drop everyone off, go home

I should add that I started back to school this week, so I've been driving all over the place.
Mondays and Thursdays are the worst. Mondays, I drive to UCF, which is about 15 miles from my house, then drive to work, which is about another 15 miles. Then, I have to leave work early to go BACK to UCF for a night class, then I go home. Then Thursday, I have to leave early to go to a class two towns away. To get there and not hit any traffic, I have to take toll roads which more than doubles the distance I would normally travel. It was 44 miles to get there from work, but only 18 to get to my house on the way back.
Regardless, I'm probably gonna be spending twice as much money on gas now, and also more money for eating out all the time, since I'm never home to eat in.
My deliveries are genuine deliveries

. I wear several hats at Subaru, but my official one is parts delivery. I run all around Orlando, and even to some neighboring towns to drop off parts to independent shops. I've done as few as 40 miles in one day to nearly 200, without going farther than 30 miles from the dealership.

I filled up my tank last night at ~8pm, with 318 miles on that tank. So, since I filled up less than 72 hours before, I've averaged over 100 miles a day for those three days, and basically the whole week.
Oh, and I put 176 miles on the parts truck yesterday.

I took the xt6 for a 5 hour trip yesterday
when school is in I drive about 85 miles a day
when I don't have to go school, just work, I drive about 40 miles a day
this is all in my '89 xt6 with half of a serpentine belt and t-belts of unknown vintage 8D

My commute to work every day consists of me just getting into 3rd gear before I gotta slow down and pull in the driveway

I work for my grandparents, and for a while there I was living with them also, which is also the property on which their shop is located, so for as long as I've worked there, my commute has been nice. Though I actually wish I lived further away from work, I love driving

A cemetary seperates my home from work.
The walk or bike ride through is much nicer than going around the block.
206er, 4 miles by bike is just perfect!

I have a 10 mile commute to work, then I do 250-600 miles a day in a work ride. I just got home from 525 miles. Last Sunday I drove Vail to Aspen to Tellluride to Vail. That was 600+ in 14 hours. I work for an airport shuttle/limo service and I live 2 hours from Denver, but I see it almost everyday. My record though (not at work) was Vail, CO to Kalispell, MT in 17 hours with only me to entertain me.

Oh man, I hope it pays good.
I used to drive a shuttle for my old Toyota dealership. We had an offsite parking lot for employees, since we didn't have enough room on our lot for them to park, and a shuttle ran back and forth to get them. I drove that shuttle from 2:30pm-10:30pm. I put 80 miles a day on that shuttle, just going to and from the lot which was a half-mile away.
And I went absolutely %#^%ing insane. I did it for a year and a half, and then I told my manager I wanted to go back to parts, coz I couldn't stand it anymore.
I do have to say though, I won more stuff off radio contests just while doing that than most people do in their lifetime
