How do my plugs look?

Going by the plugs, how do you think my engine is running? My mileage has been bad, less than 20 on the highway, rarely making boost. I also dont know how many miles are on the plugs.
On another topic, I used seafoam the other day, put it through the pcv valve, and when it was going through the motor I noticed some white smoke coming up from the turbo. Think I have an exhaust leak at the turbo?
Oh ya, they are in the order of: cyl 1, 2, 3, 4

Definately an exhaust leak at the turbo if white smoke was coming from there.

Plugs look a little old, what brand are they? They don't look like NGK plugs. They do look like the car has been running a bit rich, but that could also be because they are older than dirt. The gaps look different between all of the plugs which can cause REALLY poor running.

Toss in new plugs and see how it runs. Make sure to gap them correctly.

I changed the plugs last weekend, so its got new plugs in it. They are bosch plugs. I thought it would be running rich since after I got the car I replaced the CTS, but for some reason the code came back.
