So I turn on the rear wiper and it just hangs there, then you hear it clicking... It doesn't move at when on, but if you turn it off and then manually moved the wiper arm it does the normal cycle and returns to the off position.... Anybody have this issue, a used wiper motor is 75 bucks, but I'm wheelin on the cheap.... Any advice is sure appreciated...

IF it is clicking, then something in the motor mechanism is not working.

Sadly, you can open the case up, but getting it all back together is not worth the hassle.

Save up and get a newer one from a junkyard.

You should be able to find one here or elsewhere for cheaper than $75

Mine did the same thing. You would think its a motor issue if the relay is clicking, but mine did the same thing. I removed the relay(right rear tower area under the speakers) and sprayed it down with contact cleaner, and bent the connectors, and voila! worked like a charm still, and to this day, it does not fail AT ALL. Good luck.
