95 ej22 n/a SOHC heads

Came off the block I got from napstermike. 95 ej22 n/a motor. Supposedly the motor blew a head gasket and had about 140k. Maybe more, maybe less. Head gasket on one side was not tight on the block when head was pulled off. I ran a straight edge across both heads and they seem flat with no warpage.
This if for the complete heads minus cam gears (dont have them). Heads include valve covers.
