Generally 89-94 ish I think. There is no exact answer because Subaru did so many different combo's in the various models and trim levels.

I'm slightly negotiable, but value these too much for the various builds we do... in fact, it's a little rare I even offer this for sale...

Let me know, Keith

This one is a 92-93. You can tell by the black intercooler. Should be open deck as well, but might not be. You can tell by looking for crosshatching on the backside of the bell housing. Good luck with the sale...

FWIT auto is good when buying one of these-many of the MT engines have shot thrust bearing due to the heavy turbo clutch, not a worry with one from a AT car.

Exactly, in fact, know why I have this motor, a certain Pearl White craigslist 91 turbo which should have only needed a clutch. Found major crank play so we had to scramble, get a 20G motor for the block and install that. I picked up two motors, including this one for sale. So, I'm happy we are finishing the craiglist car, and will be for sale shortly with an all new motor and clutch...

And of course, the other plus is another core for stroker build

thanks to mr. soul, matt and toomuch. I have two motors and one car for it to go into. I an now thinking I should use the auto motor in the SS. all things being the same I will sell the motor that came out of the roll over and install the one from my automatic with the MT.

all things being equal, that sure be the best way to go.

thanks all, Daniel.
