any problems with these?

I know its cast aluminum, but for $10...it will work. Jusat wondering if any one has personal experience... how long did it last, heat soak, need to mod it to actually fit RFL...
any input before I buy would be awsome!
it's either this or I wait 2+ weeks and make one from steel pipe.

 well...I would be using it as it is ment to be used.....(?) but it does sit right over the turbine, which generates ass loasds of heat. if it is very thin aluminum it is going to get saturated super duper hot with 14 psi blasting through it also. I am wondering if there is any one who has used one, so they can give an accurate report on any change in intake temps after using it compared to a steel or thicker aluminum pipe....or stock. Perhaps I should have been more clear as to what I was asking.
That said, I still keep in mind it is a $10 pipe.

um its aluminum which for intercooling is what all the pro drag racers i know use. so aluminum will be just fine.

as for me asking you what your using it for i meant as in front mount? top mount? just adding a bov for fun?

and 14psi out of what turbo?>
