Has anyone installed a set of Scion TC rims on a legacy? They're 17x7 and have a 45 offset so I think they'd fit. They're plentiful on egay as well. Pics anyone?

They're probably not 5x100.

A quick google search found this on another forum:
"Scion xB have a 4x100 bolt pattern, as compared to the tC that has a 5x100 bolt pattern. The tC wheel will fit the Matrix, Corolla, Suby WRX, and I think VW Beetle."

I've wondered the same thing, as I think those are really attractive rims and would look great on a Leggy...
Providing you could get the "Scion" center cap out

Bondo over the logo, smooth it all out, paint it and apply subaru logo.

It's cast in not a center cap you can pop out?

I've never seen a tire balancing machine that held the wheel in any other way except through the hole in the center of it.
The Scion center cap comes out.
For future reference, the last-generation Celica, Corolla, and Matrix all have 5 X 100. Remember the Rota Battle wheels I had on my car some 300 years ago or so? I bought them from the Toyota dealership I was working at, they were on display as being able to fit those Toyota models.

How was the offset on the 'yota rims Mike?

I believe the Rotas had a 48 offset. That's pretty bad as it is. 45 is worse.

Not even the retarded jeep/dodge/chrysler wheels, though they come the closest.

Hell....my wheels only have +45mm offset.
Back in the day....that was about as large of an offset I could find.
