I think I know that car. My girlfriend sold the spoiler off her SVX to a kid in Philly, and he installed it a couple inches back like that, and he was running with no grill, and had the ECUTune Stage I badging like that. Nice car though

Can you really tune the ECU on these cars? 92 must be OBDI? I don't know SVX but I'm skeptical...

Yeah, the ECUTune company in FL has 3 stages of tune for the SVX. Stage I, which includes an 87 octane map in addition to tuning for extra power (not both at the same time though). Stage II includes an upgraded MAF, for the nitrous. Stage III includes a supercharger, which can break all 4 loose.
The same SVX whose spoiler went to this one that is FS, also served as the front bumper donor for the owner of ECUTune.

Looks like he is running 1 wheel with a steel rim, im hoping/guessing he is running all 4 the exact same size tires.

Yeah, run hard and put up wet!
There are a lot nicer ones out these for not much more $$ - looks kinda beat...Maybe not in Philly tho - we are in Subaru heaven here in Seattle...

That right front wheel is actually one of the stock alloys, from the correct side even
