I have a hood from a 98 Impreza outback sport (with the bigger scoop and vents) Like a RS. I am thinking about molding them into my SS hood. What do you guys think?

It would look similar to this:

YAY, I was looking at the same oe hood setup for the outback and I love it. Its not too flashy but it has a sweet rally heritage look that I just envy for some reason.

The RS-RA had the same hood as any other turbo legacy

I say louvres in stock sheetmetal to replicate where those ones are but would look a lot cleaner.

Incorrect...

The RS-RA was wingless and I have seen some pics of some with hood vents

Don't forget I am from New Zealand and have seen such vehicles cruisin' around Auckland

RallySam has hood vents on his 91. It's one of David Carter's Fiberglass hoods.

It looks awesome.

There were also a set of simple louvres on the old Impreza turbos if you can get them.
