Thinking of buying a dirtbike and small trailer. I have '90 Legacy wagon 4WD woith 210,000 miles on it. The questions I have are:

1. Will it be too much of a strain on the old girl to tow a trailer and a 250lb dirtbike?

2. Where can I buy hitch? Any particular brands I should look for? Anything in particular I need to know about buying a hitch?

3. How is a hitch usually installed?

1. No. I've towed a lot more.

2. Online is usually pretty popular. My dad got the one for my car from a local guy who had it on his wagon. I'd stay away from the drawtite ones because they rust like crazy on the surface. They're solid underneath, but if you have rust issues, try for hidden hitch or something.

3. On my car, it was installed with two huge bolts put in holes that are already in the frame and two smaller ones more toward the rear of the car but also already in the frame (as I recall, my dad didn't have to do too much drilling). And check for the type of receiver type. If you get the rectangular one like I have, you can't use the average bike rack. You can install your own hitch if you're handy with a socket wrench and you have a hydraulic jack to put the hitch on.
