Sold her off locally, and a few months later it ended up in a head on collision with an SUV. The new owner got out with some minor bruises, lucky guy! A shame, it was ready for the scrapper before i found it, spent 2 yrs or so workin on it.

how did you de-chrome your tail lights?

I just masked, scuffed, primed and painted them. I got rid of most of the chrome and think it looked alot better.

I got a local plastic shop to make some prismatic inserts, and removed the orange parts. I still them back in Ottawa somwhere

i am finally getting around to restoring my 94. it appears to be in the same shape as yours was before the work.

i have a few questions:

is the aspen white a pearl or metalic color?

and did you use a single stage or a base/clear paint?

how badly were your rocker panels rusted back by the rear wheel arch and how far gone was the metal below the trim on the dogleg by the back door?

did you form new pieces of steel or cut good steel of a junkyard car?

Damn, that thing looks good.

Sorry to see it go. We all miss our old rides at some point. I miss mine everytime I see an EVO or a riced out civic.

...which is why I won't let go of my suby even though I just bought a 4runner. :)

Did you ever get the car you were wanting to get for some secret buildup after selling your suby Phil?
