Waste spark to Coil on plug swap done, car wont run.

I installed a ej22t/ej20g engine and converted to coil on plug and now I have no spark or injector pulse(i do have fuel pressure). Each coil is in the right pin on the f47 connector for the JDM EJ20G ECU. Matt Monson has been the one doing the electrical so hopefully he will chime in to explain the rest of the wiring mods. Basically, it was done exactly like Snowjobs swap. If you have any recommendations, please help.

This will give an idea of exactly what's been done. We just tapped the original Ej22T coil power for the individual coils. We cut the power wire to the EJ22T and taped it up. Then we added in wires for the coil ground and the ignitor and pinned it to the ECU. We also reversed the wiring to the IAC.
Lastly, the car is throwing crank sensor and atmospheric pressure sensor codes. We did use the JDM Ej20 pressure sensor and boost sensor stuff, but the crank sensor is USDM, not that it should matter.

So i got 1 and 4 to fire, but we are not getting any pulse grounding through the coils.
As a last resort, could i double the ground signal for 2 and 3? Again, as a last resort.

Are you guys sure the ECU is good?
Do you have a spare JDM EJ20G ECU you could try to verify things?
Have you tried moving the coils from 2 & 3 to 1 & 4 to rule out the coils being bad?
Have you checked the resistance on the trigger wires going back to the ECU?

Last night he changed out the coils and also checked the harness at the manifold, which is how he determined that both 2&3 aren't firing. When he put the voltmeter to 1& 4 it was fine, but 2 &3 were dead.
The other strange thing is that he still has the crank and cam sensor codes popping, even though the car will now start and idle, even though it is only on 2 cylinders.
Max is down at CCR now and probably won't be online today. I am going to call him shortly and see if he's made any progress. Last night I suggested to him that he test continuity to the ignitor and if that is good, after the ignitor. If the ECU is bad, it won't be sending a signal to the ignitor at all, and if the ignitor is bad, we'll see power before it, but not after it...

Sorry, I haven't wanted to deal with this car for the last few days so I just had it towed to my house and put in the garage. I think I will be working on it tonight. I am going to go with Matty's idea and check ground through the ECU and the Ignitor and if i have ground there, I will check it after the ignitor. Thanks for your responses.

So, I have it running on cylinder 1 and 4. I have continuity from the ECU Coil Pins 1,2,3,4 to the ignitor pins and the ignitor is getting a good ground. From the pins on the other side of the ignitor, I have continuity to each of the coils, and each of the coils is getting power.(these are to the coil connector). I am not getting the signal for the coils to spark from ignitor to cylinder #2 and 3. I am also not getting a spark signal from the ECU to the ignitor for Coil #3. I have tried two JDM ECUs. Does anyone have any idea about this.

i did same swap had to add two wires to f47 plug, those two wires went to four channel igniter. also had to move f47.9 wire tof47.8
the two other wires ispoke of earlier go to the newly created open pin slot. when i tried to fire ej20 off factory 93 ecu it did the same thing u described

I had the exact same problem with my swap, only two were firing. It ended up being two things, the crank sensor and a faulty wire in the harness. Also check to make sure all grounds are in place. Have you gone to a N/A Maf? and if so have you changed the order of the wires. This website was invaluable for me.

Hope this helps

I may be too late, I hope its running by now. You may want to swap in known good sensors one by one the ecu says are off. Start with the smaller code numbers first, the crank sensor. I had a ej22 na, not starting with sporadic combustion, and throwing codes for crank and cam sensors. It was firing good from the ECU to the front of the coil and near non existant on the rear outputs of the coil. The ECU wouldnt send power to fire the coils fully because the cam and crank sensor were doing their job. It was a bad timing belt idler issue.
