Selling my quad

I hate having to post this, but Im looking to sell my favorite quad.
Its a 2003 Suzuki Z400, purchased back when it was released in 2002, one of the first the dealership sold. 400cc DOHC watercooled motor, 5spd tranny with reverse. Shortly after purchasing it I installed a PRM Racing Baja front bumper, A-arm gaurds, and full chassis/swingarm skid plates, along with AC Racing nerf bars. The pictures Im using are from when I installed the above parts, so they are old. I couldnt find any new pictures, but as of right now it has an Alba Racing graphics kit.
It hasnt been riden in a while, party because it needs a new clutch. I just purchased a new clutch and will be installing it first chance I get. Ill also change the oil, oil filter, clean the air filter, and do other maintance work to it. Ive taken care of this machince since day one, and it has never been flipped or crashed. I have all the stock parts to go with it, along with the factory service manual.
Once again, I hate to have to get ride of this, but I just purchased a bike and need to pay off my car.
Id like to get $3500 or best offer.
