Tap size for Crank Pulley bolt? HELP!

I know the head size is 22mm for the crank pulley bolt, but what about the thread itself? I need to rethread the crank. I am thinking it is an M14 x 2?
Anyone know for sure?

M14 x 1.5 is too big! I just measured the threads of the crank bolt and it came out to 12.8mm.
I cant figure this out. It is not an M12 bolt, cause then it would be 12mm instead of 12.8. And an M14 is too big!
An M14 tap doesnt even slide into the crank opening.
