I'm ready to install a Saab intercooler

Okay guys is the second try, the first one just disappeared but I just don't know where it went, and it ain't going to tell me.
Just to give you a little background, last fall I installed an MBC and a gauge on my 92 legacy. Over the winter I gradually increased the boost pressure until I'm running at 10 PSI. But as is getting toward summer and the air is getting warmer, I've obtained a Saab intrcooler from eBay and getting set to put it in.
Again over the winter I've read most turbo an intercooler posts, and I've got to say you guys are awesome. You know it reminds me of the time when we had an old Flathead Mercury that were running in the stocks. Man that was a long time ago.
So I've got a Saab intercooler, it came with connecting pipes and boots, I've got a tailpipe adapter to go from 1 3/4 to 2 inches out of the turbo and I've got some silicon hose on order.
To start I intend to move the coolant tank over to the driver's side bulkhead, attempting not to destroy any nipples in the process. Question
how hot is the air running at 10 PSI as I was wondering if I couldn't use heater hose, as its pressurized and the temp has to be significantly above boiling?
Once I get the intercooler installed I'll probably move the pressure up to about 12 PSI.
Also I intend to take photos of the installation and post them on this site to aid people like me. So later on I'll be asking exactly how to do this.
So any advice you offer will be gratefully appreciated
Bob
