Steering Rack Spitting Grease??

Might not be the right spot to post, but anyways:

I pulled the tranny, and I noticed a TON of grease on the left side on top of the part of the steering rack that comes through the front crossmember/subframe. It apparently squirts too because there's a build up on the back of the engine. I'll take pics later.

My question is, since it's so covered in grease, I can't tell where it could possibly be coming from. Here's a pic of the assembly where it's got to be coming from. What's at fault? I'd like to get this fixed before I throw the tranny back in since I have easy access with it out.

Any ideas?

CV's are fine. It looks like it's squirting out of somewhere. The grease that's on the back of the motor is up on the middle of the back of the heads. The steering rack box thing is just covered in it, as well as the firewall that's behind it. I'm gonna try and clean it out but there is a TON.
