As promised I have some more complete sets of manual seat belts with all the neccessary trim to do the conversion. From parts cars and trips to the yards.

Includes:
- A-pillar trim
- B- pillar trim both top and bottom
- Belt tensioner assembly
- Belt buckles/release
- All hardware (bolts/washers/spacers/lock washers
- The occasional clip may be broken, and usual wear, these cars are up to 17 years old now

Costs me ~$50 to ship them via UPS.

Sorry to those who were looking for beige interiors (Josh), they aren't as common but I'll keep my eyes open. Sorry about the poor lighting in the photos.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Set A: Blue colour, from 92+ models and therefore includes height adjustment on the B-Pillar attachment.

Image

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Set B: Blue in colour, slightly darker shade than Set A. From 90-91 models without B-pillar adjustment.

Image

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Set C: Light gray in colour, not as dark as the 91-92 turbo interior. From a 90-91 model; no B-pillar adjustment.

Image

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Set D: Dark charcoal/black from my 93/94 turbo with B-Pillar adjustment. Couple of notes on this set;
- The center buckles are inadvertantly absent in the photo but I do have them
- One plastic cap is missing from the b-pillar attachment point, I'll include 2 extra covers of different colour, a little black paint will make an easy match.
- I still have the center console for this car, it'll cost extra and must be shipped seperately due to size
- Nicest set of the bunch
- PhyraM (sp?) you still have dibs on this set if interested

Thanks :)

Are there different trim pieces between the models with sunroofs and those without?

I had most of the trim with my belts, but the A- and upper B-pillar trim didn't extend far enough to cover the gap between the door and the headliner.

Black set is tentatively sold... SuperRallyRoo has 2nd dibs. And apparently the center consoles are different, $50 is just shipping cost btw

IronMonkey; I've never noticed a difference between sunroof equipped and non-equipped models. Could the trim have been from a legacy wagon with the higher roof line perhaps?

555BC Turbo and Lunes: will shoot you a pm when i get home

Thanks for the interest so far

man, these manual belts are a necessity in any project... the automatic ones SUCK. (and they can be dangerous for some people who forget and try to stick their heads out the door IMMEDIATELY after opening, like my g/f did once... unknowing or stupid people could be INJURED)

Or people that forget to buckle the lap belt. A should belt used alone is not so sweet either.

I had to slam on my brakes today and my good ol AT belts kept me in place :) Thank god I have awesome sticky tires and turbo brakes. This stupid cunt ran a stop sign doing 40 in a 25 RIGHT in front of me, we are talking inches from hitting her she didn't even glance over its like she didn't know there was a stop sign. I left 2 strips of rubber behind and lots of smoke.
Whole bunch of people saw that and where just like wow. Sorry very off topic lol.

As I recall, your car has ABS - so wheel lockage would be near impossible.

The manual belts never come in tan!

ohhhhhhhh man!!!

any way you could pull the stuff if you find an xt6 with manual belts in a yard when you are out cruising around?

I've been looking forever and have found a few leads but they always turn out to be nothing

I could never live with those automatic belts... don't know how you guys have put up with it for so long

XT6?? ugh I haven't seen one anywhere in years! They do pop up rarely so I'll keep you in mind. Had an 87 XT myself, 1.8 turbo, loved that car!

And I have seen tan manual belts before... just not a common sighting

Thanks

I am needing the manual belts for a 91 SS with the grey interior. Is there any chance you still have the grey set and are you sure the color is different?

My drivers side auto belt is stuck and I would really like to get rid of the whole auto belt system. The manual belts would be lighter to boot.
