Car won't start

Help.

My car cranks but it is getting no fuel.

I've checked the fuel pump connector and in the manual it says #1 should have 10v or more and mine has 0, #2 has about 11v and #3 has about 4v.

I've replaced the fuel pump and it is working, I have tested it on the bench wired into the fuel hanger and with 12v going to #1 on the terminal it works. So its not the new fuel pump.

I've checked the connector under the back seat and I get the same results as above when I test it with my multi meter, so I think that is fine.

I have checked the fuel relay and it clicks when the car is 'ON' and it has 12v going to it.

The ecu has 12v going to it.

Do you know if it would work if I wired 12v straight from the battery to the #1 terminal on the plug to run the fuel pump, just so I can get the car home? (its in the work carpark at the moment, has been for 5 days).

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Get a fuel pressure gauge. The pump does not run all the time when the key is in the ON position and car not running. Did you do your tests while trying to start the car? Or just with the key in the ON position?

Tested while the car was cranking.

Where is it not getting fuel to? Where does the fuel stop flowing. If the pump is working it has to be getting clogged or lost somewhere right? Maybe silly, but is there enough fuel to start it?
