damn thing wont spray water, wont pump from the bottle.
Checked from battery, washer motor tests ok.
Ran multimeter from washer loom plug and reads; Off 0.00 On 0.02. Tried to clean terminals, no difference.

Checked fuse 2 inside cabin (20A) in diagram, all ok but replaced anyway. Checked outside junction box fuse SBF4 (45A) all ok.

Question is what is the other fuse i have squared off in the diagram. Cant read because of the quality, can anyone help?
Also wiper motors are functioning fine. Cheers

oh and also is there any way to take the terminals out of the wiper spray plug to clean them so I dont have to cut or strip the wires to check power and connectivity. Has anyone got a better quality diagram?? :D

If you don't get a response about that other "fuse" shoot me an email, and I'll scan that page. It's probably a fusible link or something like that.

thanks for the offer josh.
just wondering though, as small as 0.02 volts is should i even be seeing this reading in a circuit with a broken fuse?
Or does this look more like a connectivity issue?

If the fuse is gone, you shouldn't really be seeing any voltage. If there is a crack, or if a little is still touching, you may still get something.
