I have some 4EAT stuff that needs a new home since I did a 5MT swap.

4EAT - Has some shudder, torque bind type stuff going wrong. Maybe you need it for parts? The only thing missing is a wiring harness I cut off. I'm not sure which year it is, the previous owner put it in to replace the original 4EAT. FREE and it comes with crossmember and mount
driveshaft - the u-joint on the trans end is busted/frozen FREE

shifter assembly - the light bulb is burned out, other than that it works, $15
Image

shift lock - it's a shift lock unit and it works, $5
Image

center console - excellent condition, has all clips $15
Image

AT starter - worked every time $50
Image

2 TCUs - The one on the left is from a 1990 wagon, the other is from a '94 turbo wagon, they both worked identically $20 each
Image

brake pedal - $25

I also have the flexplate (both parts), the bracket for the pitch stopper, shift cable, a couple small wiring brakets, and AT fluid filter.

Prices are negotiable, or got something to trade?
Parts located in Kirkland, WA.
Local pick-up only on the big stuff, buyer pays shipping on small stuff.

Hey, are you going to be north to B'ham anytime soon? I could use that transmission.... or I can come get it also.

I go back and forth every once in a while. Might be a month or so before I could bring it to you.

You could get it faster by picking it up. :-D

is this a turbo trans or non turbo?

It's a non turbo 4.111, with probably about 80K miles total based on what the P.O. told me. It worked the same with either NA or turbo TCU. I think the main difference between them is the final drive ratio, and the turbo has one more driven/drive plate combo in the clutches.

A few months before I removed the trans duty solenoid B was replaced by a subie-only mechanic. He didn't replace the clutch packs, so it does shudder while driving. It functions fine, it's just not smooth.

Anyone need a part out of the 4EAT?

It and the driveshaft are going to the scrap heap in a few days.
