CLimate Control Dead HELP

Nothing works on my climate control panel. Not heat vent ac nothing at all. Didnt work when I bought it. It is connected I checked that. Chekced the fan, AC and motor fuses looked good. What else should i check before i try a new panel? Fuse I missed?92 SS

So i checked everything out from the sticky and its still dead. I check all my connections and solder points, the only thing that I dont get is on the back of my control panel there is a spot for 2 connections but mine only has one plugged it I couldnt seem to find the other connecter. Its on the left hand side top when your looking at the panel. ANyone got any ideas?
