Wiring harness question - need help

I know this topic has been covered but I couldn't turn anything up with the search function so here goes.

I'm swapping an ej22t from a 93 SS auto into a 91 SS auto. I've been told and have seen the different connectors in the engine bay by the left strut tower. What I need to know is if there are other connector issues I'm going to run into when I put the engine in.

Thx

If you keep and reuse your original intake manifold harness ('engine harness') everything should be good. Basically use the one that matches the car,

The crank, cam and knock sensors are connected directly to the car harness at the back of the motor under the intake pipe, but those will use the same connectors for all years.

Hope this helps.

It did help, thanks. What about the the connector for the neutral safety switch.

If I remember correctly, that goes to the transmission and should be unchanged. Unless your doing a Trans swap at the same time?

In fact, I am swapping the transmision out at the same time, with the engine and tranny as one piece. In fact, I'm having an accquaintence do the work. He'll eventually come across the answer, I'm just trying to do some of the leg-work beforehand.
