I saw one for sale just the other day. But I don't recall where I saw it. I know this isn't much help right now but when I find it, I'll post the link.
(Meanwhile, I'm having connectivity issues with my computer and I'm on hold right now with a tech support agent. My computer is just kinda limping along so I need to get it fixed before I start searching for that link.)
