I just bought a set of these headlights, and now I cannot figure out what this other bulb is for and how it's wired up. Can someone help me? Thanks

its called a city light.... and you can wire it up anyway you like... i have mine wired so that when i turn on my parking lights that they come on as well. it is all up to you how you do it. but there isnt anything in our stock harnesses for them to connect too so youll have to splice them in somewhere.
