Just bought another legacy turbo, with a no start.
codes show 11, 13, and 31. cam, and crank sensers I have replaced. I repalced the tps. still no start and same codes. tried resetting codes and still no start. replaced coil pack and igniter. still no start and same codes. Fuel is there just no spark. any one have this combo before. PCM maybe. Is there another way to reset the pcm ? is there something I'm missing?

Figured it out!
tearing down the front timing covers I found that if I turn the crank the cams dont move, yet If I turn one cam both move leaving the crank pull still and not moving. The crank gear wudruf key sheared.
