I've got a spare ej22t and I'm deciding what I should do with it. I have a pretty good idea but I was wondering what others would have to say.

Darton sleeves, modified STi crank, Pauter rods, and CP pistons.

2.65L, Booyah

You don't need to sleeve it to do the 2.65 swap, and you don't need a modded STi crank.

Phase 1 (DOHC) crank, Wiseco pistons, Eagle rods. 2.65L OTC!

I was originally going to go that route with a GT30R, but plans changed. It would have spooled SO quick, it woulda been ridiculous.

Thats just what a buddy of mine is putting together. Actually, I want him to leave it apart because its SO hot!

I thought with a phase I 2.5 crank you got 2.35L?

I don't think there's a combination of OE parts to get you 2.65L...
