sputter at WOT

When I mash the gas the car sputters and the RPM's slightly go up. Everything is hooked up properly, I also checked for tears in the hoses but found nothing. Could this have anything to do with the boost control soleniod?

i have the same problem. and i watch my boost gauge and its jumps to like the rpms. and it has a sputter noise like especially if the cars cold and its starts to go in to boost
