code 45 and no boost :( (kinda long, need help)

so i finaly got around to wireing my FCD from free5ty1e the other day.

so i took out the instructions and followed them step by step and once i was done i made sure all the wires were conected in the right places.

i went to start the car to make sure it was in working order and both leds on the fcd lit up and my check engine light came on.

code 45 - Pressure Sensor and Pressure Exchange Solenoid Valve

and it wont go away. i compleatly unwired the fcd and its still there.
and my car wont boost any more, as soon as it sees .5psi and up it just dies compleatly and will stall if you keep holding the gas.

i replaced every thing on the strut tower with the boost controll stuff from my other legacy and no difference.
i replaced all the vac line around there today just to make sure i never cracked a hose or some thing and its still doing it.

so my question is, what can i do to fix this? did i wire it wrong and short some thing out? if so what would it be? a relay? fuse? any help would be awesome. thanks guys

Check that the vacuum hoses are going to the correct ports, and try resetting your ECU

all vac lines are going to the proper places.
i followed a vac diagram as i was replacing all the vac lines.

tryed resetting the ecu and even cleared the codes using the tool at subaru

Sound like a vacuum line problem..... are you sure you didnt mix up the map sensor line with one of the boost control lines? take some pictures of your vacuum line setup (where it goes to the sensors all the way to where it goes into the manifold) so we can see whats going on. thats exactly what my car does when it blows that line off, no boost and CEL.

i know all vac lines are proper
i used a vac diagram as i was putting all new lines on.
i get the cel as soon as i turn the car on

you know, i thought i hooked my map sensor up right one time and i turned the car on and the CEL came on and it wouldnt boost.... i retraced my vacuum lines and i had accidently put the map sensor hose on the boost control line and the boost control line on the map sensor hose, just a little fyi.... i guess if you wired in the FCD wrong it could have killed something in the ecu... did you try switching ecus from your other car? its either a computer/wiring thing or a vacuum line thing if you switched all of the sensors on the strut tower.

ive got ?s how do you reset the ecu? would a non turbo ecu work the same as a turbo 1? im having major problems with my wiring too and dont know where to go with it.. o2 wires melted on my exhaust and i patched the wires and it still wont fire up.. dyed while i was driving, turns over, fuses are good, no power at the fcd and no power at the source.. this is weird!!

To reset the ECU.

Pull fuse 14 EGI/TCU for 30 minutes, or disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes.

That trick never worked for clearing codes for me, the only way I could ever do it was with the two connectors thing.

even after 24 hours with no battery, the codes were still there

^ me too. I searched for procedure of clearing codes that involved hooking up those connections and driving it, and it cleared codes like in 30 seconds.
