Hi everyone,

K so heres the rundown. I had a 1991 sports sedan that i picked up for cheap and enjoyed it and then sold / traded it... now 6 months lator i finaly find another one i pick it up for 1200 bucks. And i dont think thats such a bad deal. only has 140k miles on it. however after buying the car i find out the block is cracked i did heads on the car and its still mixing coolant with oil so dam. And i would like to biuld a monster awd turbo car.(wouldnt we all) so i dont know if this is going to be repairable or not id just asume not unless you guys think differntly. So i have a ej22t fully closed deck block in there now. what other blocks will fit and who has a good turbo longblock that will bolt on in for sale for a desent price?

Also at the same time i am rebiulding a 5 speed tranny to do a auto to 5speed conversion so i am looking for parts for that. So if u have any of the following for sale that will fit my car please pm me with price's

clutch

flywheel

manual driveshaft

manual starter

clutch pedal asembly

shifter + linkage

etc etc

hopefully you guys on the NW form will be able to help me out with parts thanks.

did you tear down the block, or are you assuming you have a crack?

Remember the 91's have the oil/coolant cooler and if that has issues, they will mix.

Search for Jake's thread on that.

Double check before you throw in the towel.

ya if anything, pull the motor tear it down and find the problem, if you do have a crack block you can easily buy another, otherwise a full STI or WRX swap could be fun.

Its between your oil filter and the block. There's water hoses coming in/out of it. You don't *have* to use it, as the 92-94 SS's didn't have it.
