I mentioned that I had this VHS and that I'd rip it. Well, I found it, and I did just that.

All thirteen rounds, including an intro. New Zealand is split into two parts because its coverage exceeded 10 minutes, the maximum video length for uploaded videos to GooTube.

Intro:

Round 1: Monte Carlo

Round 2: Sweded

Round 3: Portugal

Round 4: Kenya

Round 5: Corsica

Round 6: Acropolis

Round 7: Argentina

Round 8: New Zealand (Part One)

Round 8: New Zealand (Part Two)

Round 9: Finland

Round 10: Australia

Round 11: San Remo

Round 12: Spain

Round 13: Great Britain

If you use google video I think you can upload as long of a video as you want.

I think it works out pretty well like this. You can watch a round at a time and not worry about losing your place :)

NZ was the only round whose coverage lasted well over 10 minutes. I had to trim Spain just a tiny bit at the end, but it was close.

Um, I'm lost then... :smt014

Love to see the old WRC footage. Classic Subaru, Mitsu, Toyota, etc. turbo AWD models. Very nice!

He said he found it. I am not referring to him finding it online, but his PHYSICAL finding of the tapes.

If I find something I've lost for a long time, I say 'nice find' just like if I find a good video online.

Yes, master.

Looking at all the cars back then, the Legacy looked really plain.

haha you got me ironmonkey!

yeah i'm glad he found it, so nice to watch our leg tearing it up. I really can't wait to see the new imprezas mix it up with the french cars now that it's a fair fight. As good as the GD body style looked a big heavy 4 door sedan will never be able to rip through tight roads as well as a tiny little hatchback (even though I hear the new imprezas weigh as much as the older ones did some how)

Those Cosworth Escorts look downright mean. Not to mention the Lancia Delta Integrale.......

Then there's the Legacy. Not as wild looking, but able to keep up.

That Safari Rally footage is insane. They say water crossings, but it's more like lake crossings.
