Spring suggestions for minimal drop but stiffer rate

I've gone through the compendium (which is awesome guys)
i used to run a set of wrx sedan springs and struts, but found after 2 years, and a lot of mileage, the rear was shot, which in turn was causing a lot of rubbing on the 18's whenever i had rear passengers
decided to use KYB GR-2's, with the stock legacy springs, in an effort to go back to the proper setup.
so the rubbing has stopped and driving feels much better over rough roads... i am curious now about high speed driving on the highways... i find that it feels a little "jiggly", i'm assuming this has something to do with either the older springs having a weaker spring rate, or their age.
is anyone running the Eibach, Tein Medium, or H & R springs?
if so did you find the stock height stayed (compendium doesn't indicate a drop)?
does the ride become uncomfortable over rough roads?
