so im wondering if this is bogus not the part , but the fact that it says that the liberty was available for "1 year" in the us. Is this someone in the forum posting this? im pretty sure that it wasnt offered here

The Legacy GT wagon was only availible for one year in north America, 94. Whether or not that lip was on it, I dont know.


The liberty picture is just so you can see what it looks like. The Liberty never existed anywhere outside of Australia.

According to Wikipedia, the reason Legacies are called Liberties in Australia is because there is a non-profit organization of some sort called Legacy Australia, and Subaru changed the name to Liberty out of respect for the organization.

That's Wikipedia though....

P.S. I've been editing a LOT of Subaru stuff on Wikipedia lately, so if you've been referencing stuff there and have seen a whole bunch of changes recently, a lot of them are mine.

The Liberty thing is true, thats why they renamed it.
