Dose anyone know if the core support from a 91ss is different than a core support from a 90-91 n/a?

Its the same.
In fact, as far as Ive been able to establish, all subarus are the same.
The na legacy rad I was running in my turbo legacy bolted into my 98 RS2.5
The only differences are that the radiators are slightly different heights. Some spacers will fix this tho. Also the top support has different locations for the supports depending on the car. Get an aluminum shroud bent up, and use it to cover up the zapstraps

A 1993 turbo radiator is too tall to fit in a 1990 N/A. IIRC, I couldn't even close the hood and it's one of the reasons the car's been untouched in the garage for a year (the N/A radiator crumbled in my hands and I don't feel like spending the money on a new radiator to run the turbo).

The radiator itself is whats different tho, not the support

That's not correct...there is indeed a difference between the turbo and non-turbo core supports...
Trust me...I have tried to put a 1994 Turbo Radiator in a 1990 NA car...

I ran a 92 NA rad in my 92 Turbo for over a year. Ive been running that same rad in my 98 Impreza RS for the past 3 months.

Yes...NA rads will fit in turbos fine...and turbo rads will fit in GC Imprezas fine...
But...
Turbo Legacy rads will fit in Non-Turbo Legacy lower core supports, but they will sit too high to close the hood, because the Turbo support sits a bit lower so that the taller radiator will fit flush with the upper support.
