Hi, for some reason my window has aways had this problem where the window goes to far up. Now the triangle is starting to rip. How can this be adjusted? and fixed.

Unfortunately, I'd say it's pretty normal.....both of mine are like that.

Damn. Just it bothers me because the tear keeps going farther and farther. Maybe I can melt it back together with a soldering iron? I think I need to adjust the window support.

I think that as long as it doesn't start leaking air or water, I think it's good.

Mine does it also. But I don't think the window is going up too far. It seems that any lower and it will no longer seal tightly against the door frame. I think the rubber triangle is just getting older, drier and possibly even shrinking. Basically it can no-longer cope with the constant pressure of the window like it used to.

Damn! are you kidding! I think im going to adjust the window supports and figure out how to adjust how high the window goes. Then melt together the rip. Then soak some silicone spray on it. Should be OK. Just bothers me now as the crack is going to pretty deep.
