Are 90-94 NA and Turbo Lagacy power steering racks the same?

Are 90-94 NA and Turbo Lagacy power steering racks the same, and are their other model Subarus that have swappable power steering racks, or any that would be considered upgrades?

NA and turbo racks are the same. 2nd gen. Legacy racks can be swapped. There isn't a better rack than the legacy rack (though they say the leg. gt rack may have better feel)
