Dependable boost level to run on a EJ20G?

Up to what boost levels will a stock EJ20G (95 GF8 WRX) remain reliable?

Is 15psi on the TD04 a reasonable/reliable amount of boost to run on a EJ20G (GF8 motor) / 4EAT (LSS stock tranny) car with a K&N/desnorked/c-cupped, FMIC, 3"TBE, 440cc injectors, Walbro 255 fuel pump, Aeromotive Rising rate (1:1) FPR, Diamond coil pack, split-second VC2 voltage clamp, & air-air tranny cooler?
- note that this car is running on the stock LSS ECU.

A 2 level boost controller is in the car so this would be the High setting (8psi=low).

Iam not sure about the TD04's effieciency, but the boys from dowm under run 18psi on a regular basis with the EJ20G ecu, but I think the max you want to go is @15psi. That sounds about right.

I wouldnt run more than 16PSI on the TD04 regardless of the engine.

Thanks for the responses!

I do have a TD05 16G & a barely used Turbonetics t3/t4 (that I made 263WHP @9-10psi with on my old Integra) in my garage for use as future upgrades, but I want to see what the tiny TD04 is good for in terms of performance.
I'm sure I could not match the spool-up of the TD04 on my automatic with any of those turbos either....

I got my FCD in the car & raised boost to 13.5-14 psi, it holds that level until about 4000-4500 rpm where the boost begins to taper off to 11 psi @ 6000 rpm.
Not sure if the problem is the restrictor in the boost controller, but if the TD04 can't hold at least 13-14 psi until redline with the EVC the TD05 may be going in sooner than I expected.
