I have decided to go the Ground Control Coilovers sleeves with KYB AGX strut combo for my 91 turbo sedan.

I searched on the ground control website but it does not list the 91 Legace

...it lists 91 Legend and 92 and up Legacy.
Can someone help me choose the right part numbers.

Also what spring rates would be good for a daily driver also handle great in twisties...I am used to sport suspensions so I know kind of what to expect.

I would suggest that you go with the 03 wrx set up for agx because they are so close. to be honest give GC a call and ask for Andrew he will help you out and spring rate i run a 7-350 front and 8-380 rear but it all depends just call GC.

that's a terrible idea when he can get parts from a 93-01 Impreza.

02+ struts will decrease negative camber, which is a really bad thing if you want a car to handle well.

Can anybody confirm the part number for the AGX that I need to get?

I think you would be looking at 734006/7 for the fronts and 733010/1 for the rears.

If someone has gotten these, please confirm. I have GR-2s on my car, and these are the AGXes listed for the same model as my GR-2s were listed for ('93-'01 Impreza w/o ABS even though my SS has ABS).

Yes the AGX KYB'S from a 93-01 Impreza will work fine on your car. You will just need the rear top hat's off of an Imp due to the fact that yours are smaller.

So a set of KYB AGX's and Ground Control coilovers (0-1.75 drop) are on their way to ma house....sweet

I too have a 1991 SS Turbo Legacy.

Which top hats do you use on the 93-01 Impreza AGX struts to fit the '91 SS? I noticed KYB doesn't list any AGX struts for the 1991 SS Legacy. I have AGXs on my 95 Impreza L already just need to know which hats to use.

You need to get 93-01 Impreza rear top mounts....or just but aftermarket ones.
