WTB Cheap Imp or Legacy

I'm looking for one option or the other. The biggest thing on either is cost.
Option 1
Gen 2 Leg sedan, Impreza sedan or coupe with an AWD automatic. Should be mostly rust free and in decent shape. If it needs an engine or trans, that is fine. This is going to be a first car for friends's daughter.
or
Option 2
Legacy wagon with a AWD 5-spd. Gen 1 or 2. Legacy or OB. If it's a Gen 1 my biggest concern is rust, since most of them that I've seen lately have been starting to rot. Again, it can need an engine or trans. I won't even mind if some of the bolt on body panels (front fender, hood, doors) are banged up. This would be mine and then my 97 Leg sedan goes to the kid.
Let me know what you got. The closer to Pottsville PA the better, but I do have a trailer and can come get it if the price is right.
